Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with every card you receive. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Raw singles
30-day return window from the date of delivery. Cards must be in the original condition — in the same top loader / sleeve we shipped, with no additional wear. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Graded cards (PSA / BGS / CGC)
Returnable within 30 days if the slab is intact (no cracks, no tampered seal). If the slab has been cracked, the item is no longer returnable.
Sealed product
Returnable only if the shrink-wrap has not been removed. Once sealed product is opened, it cannot be returned for any reason — this is standard practice across the Pokémon TCG market.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an opening video. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in packing, etc.).
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and photos. We'll reply with a return address in Japan. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
