- US orders: duties and taxes are pre-paid by us (DDP). You pay nothing on delivery.

All orders include tracking. Orders over $200 include full transit insurance by default.
Lost, damaged, or stolen
Record an opening video if your package arrives damaged — it makes claims easier with the carrier. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there.
