**Shipping Policy**

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed and shipped within **1–3 business days** after payment is confirmed.

**Worldwide Shipping**
We ship worldwide from Kanazawa, Japan. All orders are sent with **tracking**. High-value orders are shipped with **insurance and signature on delivery**.

**Carriers & Delivery Time**
We ship via Japan Post (EMS / ePacket) and courier services (FedEx/DHL) for high-value items. Estimated delivery is typically **5–14 business days** depending on destination and customs.

**Customs & Import Duties**
- **United States:** Duties and taxes are prepaid by us (DDP) where applicable.
- **All other countries:** Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the **buyer's responsibility** and are not included in the item or shipping price. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

**Packaging**
Cards are protected with sleeves, top-loaders/rigid holders, and secure mailers/boxes to prevent bending and damage.

**Lost or Delayed Packages**
If your tracking shows no movement or your package is delayed/lost, contact us at info@card-sniper.com and we will assist with the carrier investigation.

**Incorrect Address**
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
