**Refund & Return Policy**
At CARD SNIPER JAPAN, every item is hand-inspected before shipping. Because we sell collectible trading cards, the following terms apply.
**Multi-Channel Inventory & Availability**
Our items are also listed on other marketplaces (such as eBay). In rare cases, an item may sell out on another channel before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately — typically within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
**Damaged or Not-as-Described Items**
If your item arrives damaged in transit, or is materially not as described, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at info@card-sniper.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
**Sealed Products**
Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, etc.) can only be returned if they remain **unopened and in original condition**. Once a sealed product is opened, it cannot be returned or refunded.
**Graded Cards (PSA, etc.)**
Graded cards can only be returned if the grading case (slab) is **unopened and untampered**.
**Raw Single Cards**
Raw singles are described and photographed to reflect their condition. Returns are accepted only if the card is **significantly not as described**.
**Mystery Packs / Oripa (オリパ)**
Due to their random nature, mystery packs / oripa are **final sale** — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. The odds and contents are disclosed on each product page before purchase.
**Return Shipping**
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or not-as-described item).
**Refund Process**
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** after we receive and inspect the returned item.
**Non-Returnable Items**
- Opened sealed products
- Opened/tampered graded card cases
- Mystery packs / oripa
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery

**返品・返金ポリシー**
当店はすべての商品を発送前に検品しています。コレクター向けトレーディングカードの性質上、以下の条件を定めます。
- **併売による欠品**：当店はeBay等の他モールでも販売しているため、ご注文処理前に他チャネルで売り切れる場合が稀にあります。その際はご注文をキャンセルし、即時に元の決済方法へ全額返金します（反映は決済会社により通常1〜3営業日）。ご迷惑をおかけした場合は何卒ご容赦ください。
- **破損・記載と著しく異なる場合**：到着後**7日以内**にinfo@card-sniper.comへ商品と梱包の写真を添えてご連絡ください。交換または全額返金します。
- **未開封品（BOX/パック等）**：**未開封・原状のまま**の場合のみ返品可。開封後は返品・返金不可。
- **鑑定品（PSA等）**：スラブ（ケース）が**未開封・未改変**の場合のみ返品可。
- **生シングル**：状態は写真・説明で明示。**記載と著しく異なる場合のみ**返品可。
- **オリパ**：ランダム性のため**返品・交換・返金不可**。封入率・内容は各商品ページに明記。
- **返送料**：当店の過失（誤発送・破損・記載相違）を除き、お客様負担。
- **返金処理**：返品到着・検品後、**5〜10営業日**以内に元の決済方法へ返金。
