Shipping
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Orders ship from Japan within 1–3 business days. Transit times: US/CA 3–7 days, EU/UK 5–9 days, AU/NZ 4–8 days, SEA 3–7 days. A tracking number is always provided.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes — we ship to almost every country. If your country isn't shown at checkout, contact us and we'll check for you.
Q. What carriers do you use?
A. EMS (Japan Post) by default. For orders over $300 or graded cards, we use DHL Express or FedEx Priority with full insurance and signature on delivery.
Customs & Import Tax
Q. Will I be charged customs or import tax?
A. For US orders, all duties and taxes are included at checkout (DDP). For other countries, duties may apply on arrival — these are the buyer's responsibility (DDU). We're working on expanding DDP to more regions.
Authenticity
Q. How do I know the cards are authentic?
A. Every card is sourced from authorized Japanese retailers and inspected by hand. Photos show the exact card you'll receive. Graded cards include cert numbers verifiable on psacard.com, bgs.collectors.com, or cgccards.com.
Q. What happens if a card turns out to be fake?
A. We'll issue a full refund. We have never had an authenticity dispute, but this guarantee is in writing, forever.
Packaging & Returns
Q. How do you pack cards?
A. Penny sleeve → top loader → team bag → bubble mailer (rigid) for singles. PSA/BGS slabs are double-boxed with foam. Sealed boxes use corrugated corner protectors.
Q. Can I return a card?
A. Raw singles can be returned within 30 days in the original condition. Sealed product can only be returned if the shrink-wrap has not been removed. See our Refund Policy for details.
Orders
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once the card is packed, we can't cancel.
Q. Do you restock?
A. Singles, yes — we update stock weekly. Sealed product depends on availability in Japan. Subscribe to our email list to get notified on restocks.
